Born March 10, 1995... Majoring in Business... Chose PBA because of the softball program, coaching staff, location and the Christian atmosphere... Favorite verse is James 3:10... Favorite team is the University of Florida... Favorite athlete is Percy Harvin... Daughter of Michael and Pamela Powell.. Has two siblings: Lindsey and Shane.

2014 (Freshman)
Spent her first season with the team as a reserve utility player with the ability to play multiple positions in the infield and outfield... Appeared in 21 total games while making one start on the season... Finished the season 4-of-13 (.154) at the plate while scoring four runs and drawing a pair of walks... Made her debut as a pinch-hitter against Eckerd College on February 8th... Produced her first collegiate hit against Merrimack College on February 21st when she went 1-for-2 with a run scored... Her lone start on the season came in the team's last game as she started in left-field versus Delta State University at the NCAA Regional Tournament on May 10th. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended George Jenkins High School and played for coaches Jeff Lang, Jerry May and Mike Powell... Earned the 2011 Best Offensive Award... Selected for the 2012 Coaches Award... Chosen as Team MVP in 2013... Earned the U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athletic Award... Four-year starter... Named to the All-County third-team for volleyball as a senior... Earned the Coaches Award in volleyball as a senior... Graduated ninth in her class... Received the honors award for having a 4.0 grade-point average all four years of high school... Chosen as Prom Queen as a senior.
