Karina Williams joined the Sailfish women's soccer staff prior to the 2023 season as an assistant coach. Williams previously played three seasons at PBA.

During her playing career she appeared in 45 games, making 31 starts. She scored five goals and recorded five assists in 2018 and scored six goals with two assists the following year. Since graduating, Williams has served as an success coach in the admissions department at PBA.
