Born May 21st, 1994... Majoring in Athletic Training while minoring in Biology... Aspires to pursue a career as an athletic trainer at the college or professional level... Chose PBA because when she visited she felt and saw God everywhere on campus and knew it was a perfect fit... Favorite verse is I Corinthians 9:25-27... Favorite Athlete is Freddie Freeman... Favorite team is the US Women's soccer team... Daughter of Johnny and Kristy Mitchell...  Has two siblings: Claire and Corinne.

2015 (Senior)
Carson played in 13 matches for the Sailfish in her fourth and final year with the blue and white…Scored two goals and added one assist on the season… Played 432 minutes on the season, including a season high of 59 minutes vs. Rollins College on Oct. 14…  Recorded an assist on opening night against Chestnut Hill College in a 5-0 victory… Scored two goals against No. 16 ranked Rollins College on Senior Night.

2014 (Junior)
Battled through injury throughout the season, playing in eight games and making one start... Registered 221 minutes on the season and finishing with two shots on goal.

2013 (Sophomore)
Continued in her role as a key rotation player who can contribute at multiple positions on the field... Played in all 18 matches while drawing four starting assignments for the season... Played a total of 728 minutes including a season-high 81 minutes versus Ave Maria University on Oct. 30th in a 7-0 PBA victory... Scored three goals while registering two assists for a total of eight points... Produced two assists versus Ave Maria University on Oct. 30th.

2012 (Freshman)
Added offensive depth off the bench as a first-year player who saw her contributions increase as the season went along... Appeared in 20 of the team's 21 matches while making one start and playing a total of 608 minutes as a true freshman... Scored three goals for a total of six points... Scored her first collegiate goal on September 12th versus Florida Memorial University... Registered goals in back-to-back matches versus Chowan University on October 28th and again on November 2nd versus Ave Maria University... Played a season-high 70 minutes in the postseason finale versus Judson University at the NCCAA National Tournament on December 1st.

HIGH SCHOOL
West Laurens High School alumni posted a four-year varsity career for  coaches Colby Taylor, Nate Smith and father Johnny Mitchell... Was awarded the best offensive player for the Raiders as a junior... As a senior she was selected as the player of the year... Also participated for two years on the Cross Country team... Was an honor roll student all four years of high school as well as a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
