PERSONAL
Born March 8th, 1993... Majoring in Nursing... Aspires to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner... Chose PBA because it was small and she liked the Christian environment. She also liked all the missions work opportunities that were available... Daughter of Buddy and Wendy Hersey... Has one sibling: Treyce. 

2014 (Redshirt-Sophomore)
Continued in her role as the starting left-fielder while spending most of the season as a speed option at the bottom of the batting order... Played in 44 of the team's 46 games while making 43 starts and registering 123 at-bats... Concluded the season batting .260 which included 32 hits with three doubles, three triples and one homerun... Scored 22 runs while managing 16 runs batted in... Stole 8-of-10 bases to finish third on the team... Produced 10 multi-hit games while driving in at least two runs in a game twice including a season-best three RBI's in a 2-for-4 showing at Columbus State University including a double and a run scored... Stole two bases at Northwood University on February 12th. 

2013 (Redshirt-Freshman)
Returned from an injury-plagued first season and settled in as the team's starting left-fielder and No. 2-hitter in the lineup... Appeared in all 50 games while making 49 starts in left-field... Finished fifth on the team with a .304 batting average while registering 45 hits including two triples and one double in 148 at-bats... Scored 27 runs to finish third on the team while driving in 13 runs... Walked seven times and struck out only 13 times... Concluded the season 14-of-15 in stolen bases, good for second on the team... Produced 10 multi-hit games and scored two runs in a game three different times throughout the season... Named to the Independent Collegiate Athletic Association (ICAA) All-ICAA second-team. 

2012 (Freshman)
Went down with a season-ending injury after only five games and received a medical redshirt... Started five games in the outfield while finishing 2-for-10 at the plate with two runs scored, two walks, two sacrafice bunts and one stolen base. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Union County High School where she competed in softball for coaches Trudy Andrews and Pam Carter... Honored as an All-Area 2nd-Team selection as a senior... Named to the All-Area 1st-Team as a junior... Chosen to the All-State 2nd-Team as a junior... Graduated with High Honors.
