Born March 8th, 1991... Plans to major in Pharmacy... Aspires to become a pharmacist... Chose PBA because she felt it was a place where she could develop a stronger relationship with God, play the sport she loves, and work towards fulfilling her dream of becoming a pharmacist... Favorite verse is Joshua 1:9... Favorite teams are the Tampa Bay Rays and the University of Florida Gators... Favorite athlete is Evan Longoria... Daughter of Rick and Tina Welch... Has one sibling, Alexis.

2013 (Senior)
Concluded her four-year playing career as a valuable utility player that could play multiple positions around the diamond... Appeared in 44 games while making 22 starts on the season... Finished with a .200 batting while registering 16 hits including one double... Scored 13 runs while driving home four runs on the season... Added in nine walks... Went 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts for the season... Went 2-for-3 versus Eckerd College on February 9th.

2012 (Junior)
Split her junior season between third-base and the outfield as a valuable and versatile table-setter near the top of the lineup... Started all 51 games including three games at designated player, 10 games at third-base and 38 games in the outfield... Registered a .262 batting average with 38 hits including one triple... Scored 24 runs to finish third on the team while driving in 12 runs... Finished third on the team in walks with 17... Stole six bases in seven attempts to finish fourth on the team in stolen bases... Led the team in sacrafice bunts with 14... Produced 11 multi-hit games... Scored multiple runs six times including a season-high of three runs twice, once on February 23rd, 2012 at Lynn University and again on April 18th, 2012 versus Lynn University... Drove in multiple runs on three different occassions.

2011 (Sophomore)
Continued where she left off from her first season as she returned to be the starting third-baseman and effective left-handed hitter... Started and played in 40 games on the season, all at third-base... Finished the year with 113 at-bats while managing a .301 batting average... Collected 34 total hits including four doubles while scoring 24 runs and driving in 14 runs on the season... Led the team with 14 sacrafice bunts... Registered eight multi-hit games including a season-high of three hits twice... Produced a season-high of two runs batted in on March 16th, 2011 versus Northwood University... Named to the NCCAA All-Region Team.  

2010 (Freshman)
Produced a memorable freshman campaign as she took over the starting third-baseman duties from day one... Started all 49 games on the season as the team's regular third-baseman while leading the squad in defensive assists with 103 while making only ten errors... Finished fourth on the team in batting average (.301), on-base percentage (.356), total hits (37), and fifth in total bases (40)... Led the team in sacrifice bunts with 13 while stealing four bases in four attempts.

HIGH SCHOOL
Competed at Riverview High School for head coach Marcia O'Gorman on the softball diamond... Honored with the Coach's Award in 2009... Awarded Team MVP honors in 2007... Honored as a Scholar-Athlete.
