Born December 26, 1988... Majoring in Exercise Science... Chose PBA because she felt it was a good school and was close to home... Favorite team is the Florida Marlins... Daughter of Guy and Brenda Bouschet... Has two sisters.
2011 (Senior)
Wrapped up a fantastic four-year career by completing her fourth and final season as the team's starting shortstop and middle-of-the-order hitter... Started all 46 games on the season at shortstop... Posted 121 at-bats while finishing with a .322 batting average, good for fifth best on the team... Led the squad in runs scored (42), doubles (11), homeruns (7), runs batted in (37), total bases (77), walks (29), and slugging percentage (.636)... Concluded the year second on the team in triples (3), at-bats (121), and on-base percentage (.455)... Named to the NCCAA All-Region Team.
2010 (Junior)
Continued to pile up impressive offensive and defensive statistics as the team's starting shortstop and regular presence in the middle of the batting order... Led the team for the third straight season in batting average with a .353 mark while starting 45 games at shortstop... Registered 136 total at-bats while leading the team in homeruns (5), runs scored (35), total bases (77), Â slugging percentage (.556) and on-base percentage (.447)... Finished second on the team in hits (48), doubles (10), runs batted in (29), and finished third in walks (22)... Recorded 74 defensive assists while making only eight errors in 156 total chances... Named to the NCCAA All-Region 1st-Team... Honored as the NCCAA South Region Player of the Year... Named a NCCAA All-American 1st-Team.
2009 (Sophomore)
Picked up where she left off from her freshman campaign with another solid showing as a sophomore as she started all 55 games as the team's starting shortstop and cleanup hitter... Led the team in batting average (.293), homeruns (7), runs driven in (30), slugging percentage (.476), and on-base percentage (.357)... Also was near the top of the team leaders in at-bats (164), runs scored (26), hits (48), doubles (9), and total bases (78)... Finished third on the team with 17 walks while making only seven errors in the field for a .965 fielding percentage... Named to the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) All-Region team... Awarded a spot on the NCCAA All-American First Team... Earned a spot on the NCCAA All-Tournament Team.
2008 (Freshman)
Became the regular starting shortstop and cleanup hitter from day one while leading the team in many offensive categories... Appeared in 46 games while starting all 46 at shortstop... Finished as the team leader in batting average (.386), hits (49), doubles (12), RBI's (32), and walks (27)... Also added in two homeruns, three triples, and scored 20 runs... Named to the NCCAA All-Region Team... Honored as the Independent Collegiate Athletic Association (ICAA) First-Team selection... Awarded a spot on the NCCAA All-American 1st-Team.
HIGH SCHOOL
Player her high school softball at Palm Beach Central High School under head coach Sears... A four-year starter at PBCHS, Bouschet earned All-Area status all four years of her high school career while leading her team to a District Championship.
