Anthony Monaco was hired as the Head Coach of PBA men's golf in August of 2025.
 
He helped lead the Sailfish to its second consecutive NCAA regional appearance in 2026. The team posted a prgoram-best average of 290.2 in 2026. The team recorded top-five finishes at the Griffin Invitational, the Patriot Fall Classic, and the Battle of the Lakes. The team finished the season as the No. 9 ranked team in the region and the No. 37-ranked team in NCAA DIvision II.

Monaco brings a wealth of experience and a record of program-building success to the Sailfish. Most recently, he led the Missouri S&T Miners as head men's golf coach, where he helped elevate the program to new competitive heights in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, including the first GLVC conference championship in program history and a berth to the NCAA Division II national championship.

Prior to Missouri S&T, Monaco served as director of golf at NCAA Division III Maryville College, coaching both the men's and women's teams and becoming the winningest coach in program history, guiding the men's team to its highest national ranking in program history. He also spent time at Urbana University, guiding the men's team to record-breaking finishes and a strong academic culture.
 
Monaco graduated with a degree in history from Northern Kentucky where he played basketball for the Norse.
