PERSONAL
Born July 8, 1993... Majoring in Management with a minor in History... Chose PBA because he wanted a Christian environment after going to a secular school for the past two years, knew a few people that were coming to PBA from back home, had heard really good things about Coach Watson, and it's a great campus... Favorite verse is Joshua 1:9... Favorite team is the Minnesota Vikings... Favorite athlete is Matt Kuchar... Son of Kent and Melanie Peterson.
2015-16 (Senior)
Played in one event for the Sailfish on the season, shooting 249 and finishing at 33-over par at the Jay Jennison Memorial Invitational on Sep. 20-22
2014-15 (Junior)
Played in five tournaments in his first season at PBA, finishing with a scoring average of 80.36…shot a low round of 72 at the Warner University Beyond the Roar tournament on his way to a T3 finish on Nov. 1-2…finished in 26th position at the FIT Panther Invitational on Feb. 23
PREVIOUS SCHOOL
Attended Stetson University where he participated in golf... Was named the Atlantic Sun Player of the Week in February 2013... Lettered in both freshman and sophomore seasons... Dean's List all four semesters.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Legacy Christian Academy where he played golf for coach Mark Yaeger... Was All-Conference five years (2007-2012), All-State four years (2008-2013), and a three-time conference Player of the Year (2009-2012)... On two Lions' State Championship squads in 2008 and 2012... Member of the National Honors Society and an A Honor Roll student all four years of high school.
