BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Palm Beach Atlantic men's cross country team turned in a strong performance Friday evening, capturing the team title at the Keiser Flagship Cross Country Invitational at South County Regional Park.

The Sailfish finished with 47 points, placing five runners among the top 15 team scorers to secure the victory.

Leading the way for PBA was Alain Flores, who crossed the finish line in third place with a time of 15:27.84. Flores was followed closely by teammate Aedan Lydon, who posted a sixth-place finish in 15:41.14.

Andrew Wright continued PBA's strong showing, finishing 10th in 15:56.37, while Christopher Cotilla came across in 13th at 15:58.92. Hayden Tank rounded out the Sailfish's scoring five, finishing 15th overall in 16:00.63.

PBA's depth was on full display throughout the race. Jamin DeWitt finished 22nd overall in 16:21.67, followed by Timothy Gast in 23rd at 16:26.74. Max Buonomo and Zach Avalos also broke the 17-minute mark, finishing in 16:36.06and 16:41.65, respectively.

Baden Tull posted a time of 16:46.38, while Charles West finished in 16:52.46. Cooper Trout added another sub-17:05 performance for the Sailfish, crossing in 17:01.56.

The Sailfish's five scoring runners combined for a 15:40.98 average, helping PBA finish ahead of the field and claim the team championship.

PBA will look to build on the strong opening performance as the Sailfish continue their 2026 season.
