Women’s Tennis Falls to Keiser

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic women's tennis team fell to the Keiser Seahawks on Tuesday afternoon by a score of 7-0.  

In the doubles session, Cecilia Peroni and Alessia Passerini dropped their first position matchup 2-6. In the next match, Anarella Brito and Valeria Lopez lost by a score of 2-6. In the third position, Frida Alsterhem and Elsa Brenner fell 0-6.  

In the first position, Alina Hoermann fought hard but fell 6-3, 3-6, 0-1(7-10). In the second position, Virginia Borja lost 4-6, 2-6. Simona Hantzis Karlsson, playing in the third position, lost 1-6, 0-6. In the fourth position, Elsa Brenner fell to her opponent 0-6, 5-7. Playing in the fifth position, Valeria Lopez lost 1-6, 2-6. In the final position, Jelsyvette Croes lost 1-6, 0-6. 

The Sailfish women's tennis team returns to the court for a rescheduled matchup against Rollins on Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
