WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Palm Beach Atlantic women's lacrosse scored early and often on Wednesday night as they cruised to their largest margin of victory of the season, defeating Southern Wesleyan 19-5 at the Rinker Athletic Campus.

Kiki Cinotti got it started for PBA less than a minute into the game as the sophomore scored the first of two goals on the night. Cinotti added four assists to finish the night with a game-high six points. The Sailfish led 12-0 at halftime and extended the lead out to 14-0 early in the second half.

Anna Laskaris recorded a first-half hat-trick for PBA and finished with a game-high three goals. In total eight different players recorded a multi-goal game for PBA with 10 different players etching their name in the scoring column. Freshman Kelly Lyons scored both of her goals in the first half as did junior Grace Bartlinski.

PBA saw the first goal of the season from Abby Heffler later in the second half while her sister Lindsey scored twice in the game. Maddie Frye scored for the first time since the Ave Maria game on Feb. 19, adding two goals on the night while Taylor Gutmann was also able to find the back of the net twice.

Sarah Vernarelli got the start in goal for PBA and made seven saves to pick up her first victory of the season. Chelsea Smith led the team with seven draw controls while Lindsey Heffler added five. Kate LeBlanc was the final goal scorer on the night for PBA, adding an assist to her one goal.

The Sailfish will be back in action on Monday, March 16 as they host Notre Dame College from Ohio at 7 p.m.
