Ron Kotouch was named the first full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Palm Beach Atlantic University athletic department on April 1st, 2010. Kotouch also works as the assistant softball coach for the Sailfish.

No stranger to PBA Athletics, the 2009-2010 academic year is the third year in which Kotouch has worked within the Palm Beach Atlantic University athletic department. Having spent 2008-2009 as a graduate assistant in the Sports Information Office, Kotouch has now been transitioned into a full-time capacity within the department.

Kotouch completed his Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Palm Beach Atlantic in December, 2009.

In his new role of Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kotouch will oversee the in-season and off-season training programs of PBA's 11 varsity teams. He will be responsible for working with each athletic program in designing and managing the appropriate conditioning, weight, and training programs to fit each sport.

Having worked in the Sailfish athletic department as a Marketing Intern during his final year as an undergraduate in Palm Beach Atlantic's Business Administration program during 2008, Kotouch returned in the fall to begin work on his MBA while working as a Sports Information graduate assistant. Kotouch specialized in marketing projects while also assisting with gameday administration, the compiling of statistics, as well as updating the Sailfish website: www.pbasailfish.com.

Ron married Marissa (Pappas), another PBA alum, in July 2008 with the couple now residing in Jupiter, Florida with their dog, Ice.
