Born July 16, 1996... Majoring in Marine Biology with a minor in Spanish... Aspires to one day work in the Marine research field and travel the world with the Number One goal of making it onto Discovery's Shark Week... Chose PBA because it had the three main criteria she was looking for in a college: a solid Christian foundation, a competitive NCAA DII volleyball team and a great marine biology program... Favorite verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9-10... Favorite athlete is Emily Palkert... Daughter of Tom and Brenda Palkert... Has two sisters and one brother: Emily, Lydia and Caleb.

2015 (Sophomore)
Saw time in 30 of the team’s 36 matches including making 13 starts…played on the left side primarily as a blocking specialist…52 total blocks ranked fifth on the team…tallied 75 kills on the year in 305 attempts…turned in best performance of the season with nine kills and four blocks against Florida Southern (Oct. 24)…season-high seven blocks came against Florida Tech (Oct. 23)…had back-to-back seven-kill matches against Embry-Riddle (Oct. 9) and Rollins (Oct. 10)…also had seven kills against Lynn (Oct. 27)…recorded 55 of her 75 kills in the month of October including all seven matches of five or more.

2014 (Freshman)
Stepped out of a reserve role early in the year to become an impact player for the Sailfish during the middle of the season... Played in 12 games, making starts in eight of them... Finished the season with 48 kills and a .376 attack percentage... Also had 28 total blocks in 32 sets played... Crushed a season-high 10 kills on 11 attempts against Georgia College on October 18th... Totaled five blocks (one solo, four assists) on three separate occassions, including at AVCA No. 1 Tampa on October 25th.

HIGH SCHOOL
Competed in volleyball at Southwest Christian High School where she played middle blocker and right side hitter for coaches Greg Sayuk and Jill Moss... Member of the Stars' 2013 State Championship team... Also part of four consecutive conference championships, two Section 4A chamionships, and a State Runner-Up run in 2012... Was an All-Conference member in 2012 and 2013, All-Section member in 2013, and All-State member in 2013... Also an AP Scholar and graduated with Highest Honors.
