Men's Soccer Team Forced to Cancel 2nd Straight Match Because of Weather

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- With mother nature refusing to cooperate once again on Tuesday afternoon, the Palm Beach Atlantic University men’s soccer team was forced to cancel their regularly scheduled match with Florida Southern College due to a large amount of lightning in the area of Magic Jack Field, making the playing field unsafe and thus unusable. The Sailfish and Moccasins have rescheduled for October 17th at 2 p.m.

Tuesday marked the second consecutive date for both teams involving a postponement after the Fish were unable to take on the University of Tampa on Saturday while FSC was rained out against North Georgia. The game was unable to be pushed back today because of no lights being available at Magic Jack Field.
