CEDARVILLE, Ohio- Undoubtedly up against the most challenging weather conditions they’ve faced all season, two Palm Beach Atlantic University men’s cross country runners stood up against some of the toughest competition they’ve seen all season as they traveled to Cedarville, Ohio for the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Championship.

Carter Williams and Kyle Pryce, PBA’s two chosen representatives at the NCCAA National Championship, went up against not only a challenging field of great runners but also against freezing rain and high winds, obviously not ideal running conditions.

None the less, both runners finished their races in the men’s 8K and closed out their season’s in impressive fashion.

Williams finished with a time of 29:37.67 which placed him 59th in the field. Junior Kyle Pryce, a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, finished with a time of 35:06.36 which landed him a finish of 118th.

Malone College came away with the team title while Michael Pabody of Taylor University claimed the individual medalist honors with a final time of 25:38.26, nearly a 11 second victory over second-place finisher Josh Foss of Indiana Wesleyan University.
