Men's Soccer to Host SSC Championships

MELBOURNE, Fla.- With Saturday night’s 3-2 victory over Saint Leo, the No. 12 Palm Beach Atlantic men’s soccer team officially secured the No. 1 seed, and will host the two Sunshine State Conference Tournament semifinal matches and the championship match at the Rinker Athletic Campus

The ‘Fish (12-3-1, 7-1-1) secured the No. 1 seed by posting a total of 22 points in SSC matches. The Blue and White claimed the top spot over Lynn University (13-1-1, 7-1-1) by way of tiebreakers. The Sailfish and Fighting Knights will receive a quarterfinal round bye.

The SSC Quarterfinals are set for Tuesday, Nov. 1, as (4)Tampa will host (5) Barry in the SSC Quarterfinals in Tampa, and (3) Florida Tech will host (6) Eckerd in Melbourne.

The SSC Semifinals are set for Friday, Nov. 4, as the winner of Florida Tech vs Eckerd will play Lynn at 4:30 p.m. at the Rinker Athletic Campus, and the Sailfish will host the winner of Tampa and Barry at 7 p.m.

The SSC Championship is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 6 at 1 p.m. at the Rinker Athletic Campus.

Ticketing for Friday night’s matchup will go as the following, and apply for single game and doubleheaders:
