Sailfish Finish Tenth at Lady Falcon Invite.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Palm Beach Atlantic women's golf finished in 10th place at the Lady Falcon Invitational, shooting rounds of 339 and 348. Daytona State College won the tournament, shooting an impressive 292 on the final day to beat out Florida Tech for the victory. The Sailfish will be off until Oct. 10-11 when they will compete in nearby Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. in the Guy Harvey Invitational.
Day 2: The final round of competition was a rough one for the Sailfish, as Hailey Farmer was the lone golfer to improve her score from the first round.
Taylor Heinz shot the best round of the day for the 'Fish with an 83. Heinz finished in a tie for 32nd on the overall leaderboard. Victoria Hays finished closely behind her, as her 86 Sunday finished her in a tie for 42nd.
Other scores for the Sailfish included Taylor Sukmana with a 90, Farmer's 89, and Alex Dowd who shot 95 on Sunday.
Day 1: Palm Beach Atlantic women’s golf sits in 11th position after the first day of the Lady Falcon Invitational hosted by Daytona State College. Daytona State and Seminole State lead the competition as both teams turned in first round scores of 297. PBA shot 339 in round one and is one shot behind the University of Tampa for 10th place.
Victoria Hays leads the ‘Fish for the second straight tournament, as she shot a first round 81, good for 32nd on the leaderboard. Hays is followed by Taylor Heinz, who shot 82, and Taylor Sukmana, who finished with an 83.
Rounding out the scoring for the Sailfish were Hailey Farmer’s 93 and Alex Dowd’s 94.
