Women's Golf Completes Season in Pensacola

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Palm Beach Atlantic completed their final tournament of the season on Tuesday, playing the final round in the Lady Argonaut Invitational at Marcus Pointe Golf Club.

Day One
Victoria Hays leads the team with a 159 (83-76) after two rounds, tying Tracy Peyton with a low round of 76. Peyton got off to a good start on the day with a 76 in the first round and followed that up with an 85 to turn in a 161 through the first day of action.

Rollins College leads the field with a two-round score of 607 (302-305) with Lexie Toth from the Tars leading all competitors with a 148 (74-74). PBA shot 688 on the day and sits ahead of Spring Hill who shot 725.

For the Sailfish bot Katie Humphreys (92-89-181) and Hayley Betz (95-92-187) improved by three strokes from the first round to the second.

Day Two
Peyton came back to shoot a team-low 75 in the tournament's final round, finishing in a tie for 27th with a 236. The rest of the team had their worst rounds of the tournament as the team shot 355 on the day, nine strokes worse than the first round.

Hays wrapped up her first season with a 246 after shooting 87 on Tuesday while Katie Humphreys shot 97 to turn in a total of 278. Hayley Betz shot 96 on the day and 283 for the tournament.
