Men's Golf Finishes Fourth in Panther Invitational

VIERRA, Fla. – The Palm Beach Atlentic men's golf team had another strong showing this week, as the 'Fish finished fourth in the Panther Invitational out of 14 competing teams. The Sailfish finished with rounds of 298, 295, and 298, and this tournament marks the third straight top-five finish for the Sailfish.
Day 2: The Sailfish came into the day in a tie for fourth, and shot 298 to finish alone in the fourth place position. Ben Murray led the way for the Sailfish in Tuesday's final 18 holes, as Murray shot a one-under par 71 on the day. Daniel Langley wasn't far behind Murray, as he shot an even-par 72 in the final round. David Jizdny fired a 76 on Tuesday, while David Liu finished with a 79.
Day 1: Monday saw several Sailfish have consistent days while a couple ‘Fish had an up and down day. David Liu led the 'Fish in scoring, as the sophomore shot a first round 72, and followed it with a 74. The two rounds sit him in fifth place on the overall leaderboard. Dylan Allen followed Liu in scoring, as Allen shot back-to-back rounds of 74, finishing the day at four-over par.
Ben Murray was next on the leaderboard, as he shot rounds of 76 and 74, and sits 18th on the overall leaderboard. Daniel Langley is only one stroke back, as he is at seven-over par after rounds of 76 and 75. David Jizdny shot the worst PBA round on the day, and followed it with the best round for the 'Fish today, as Jizdny shot a first round of 11-over par 83, but followed it with an even-par round of 72 himself, which included an eagle on the par-four 16th hole.
