Women's Golf Wraps Up Season At Embry-Riddle Bash at the Beach

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Palm Beach Atlantic women's golf team completed the 2015 season on Sunday, finishing in ninth place at the Embry-Riddle Bash at the Beach.  The tournament was played at the LPGA International Champions Golf Course. 

Seminole State College won the tournament, finishing with a combined team score of 579 (+3).  They beat out Northwood University for the top spot, who finished at 598 (+22).

PBA shot a team score of 400 the first round, but then made a great improvement from Saturday to Sunday and followed up with a 376 to finish the tourney.  Every golfer for the Sailfish either shot the same score on Sunday or improved their final round score. 

Emily Swidock led PBA in scoring for the tournament, shooting a 95 on Saturday and following with a 90 on Sunday.  Swidock was followed by Taryn Runnels (100-90, 190), Hayley Betz(101-92, 193), Michelle Turner(104-102, 206), and Bailey Sprague(120-120, 240).
