PBA Places 3rd at Bulldog Invite

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Palm Beach Atlantic men’s golf team completed play at the Bulldog Florida Invitational on Thursday.  The host team Butler University finished the tournament atop the leaderboard, with a final score of 598.

Palm Beach Atlantic fell to third overall, with their final round score of 337 not being enough to hold off Edward Waters College for second place. 

Sailfish sophomore Kyle Kubala finished 4th on the overall leaderboard while leading the ‘Fish with a score of 153 (74-79).  Sophomore Ben Murray also had a top-10 finish as his final score of 158 (80-78) was good for 7th place. 

Following them on the leaderboard were freshman Aaron Wilson (84-81,165), junior Andrew Peterson (83-89,172), Sean Mazza (82-91,173), and sophomore Bryan Gagnon (85-92,177).

The Sailfish will be back in action on March 30th when they will take the short drive south to participate in the Barry University Buccaneer Invitational in Miami Shores, Florida.
