Men's Golf Sits 6th at FIT Panther Invitational

MELBOURNE Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic Men’s Golf team continued their Spring 2015 season by opening up play at the FIT Panther Invitational this week. 
After two rounds of the tournament, PBA sits sixth on the overall leaderboard full of tough competition. 

Eastern Florida State College is currently leading the tournament with a combined team score of 4-under par composed of rounds of 283 and 289. PBA has posted rounds of 305 and 303 to put them at a total of 32-over par for the tournament as they currently have a three stroke lead on Embry Riddle University for the sixth spot on the leaderboard.

Luke Johanson is leading the ‘Fish through two rounds, shooting a 5-over par 77 and a 1-under par 71 in his first two rounds.  His total of 148 places him 15th overall in the tournament.  One stroke behind Luke is Daniel Langley, who shot a 1-under 71 himself in the first round, but finished with a 6-over 78 in the second round for a total of 147.  Ben Murray is also in the top 25 of the leaderboard with rounds of 75 and 78 in his first two rounds. 

The tournament will wrap up on Tuesday from the Duran Golf Club in Melbourne Florida.  Final round results will be posted upon completion of the tournament.
