Men's Soccer Set to Square Off Against Bethel College in the NCCAA Semi-Finals

KISSIMMEE, Fla.- Courtesy of their two shutout wins in their first two matches at the NCCAA National Tournament the Palm Beach Atlantic men’s soccer team has earned a spot in the semi-finals set to take place on Friday at 1 pm. The Sailfish will meet up with Bethel (Ind.) College with a win set to advance PBA to the National Championship match on Saturday.
Bethel is a member of the NAIA and the Crossroads League while representing the NCCAA North Central Region in the NCCAA National Tournament. They entered the tournament with a 9-8-1 record and earned their trip to the semi-finals with a 6-1 win over Bluefield College and a 2-1 overtime loss to Shorter (Ga.) University.
The winner of the PBA-BC match will take on the winner of the other semi-final matchup of No. 2-seed Shorter and No. 3-seed Lee University. The championship match is set for 3 pm on Saturday at the Austin-Tindall Complex.
Palm Beach Atlantic earned their trip to the semi-finals following a 4-0 win over Roberts Wesleyan (N.Y.) College and a 1-0 victory against Mississippi College.
