Wyer Named to Daktronics All-Region Second Team

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Kasey Wyer of the Palm Beach Atlantic women’s soccer continued to haul in the post season awards on Tuesday afternoon, being named to the 2014 Daktronics All Region second-team.

The Daktronics All-Region team is voted on by the region's Sports Information Directors and includes players from teams within the region's conferences.

Wyer, the Greer, South Carolina native, led the Sailfish in goals, assists, and points while also playing the fourth-most minutes on the team with 1,276.

Chloe Richards of the University of North Alabama was voted the Daktronics South Region Player of the Year thanks to her 26 goals and five assists on the year for the Lions.
