JUPITER, Fla. – Palm Beach Atlantic played host to Nova Southeastern on Sunday afternoon at the Roger Dean Complex to continue Saturday’s suspended game, and the Sharks completely befuddled the Sailfish, throwing a perfect game and beating PBA 15-0.

Nova Southeastern turned to southpaw Mitchell Boersosse to restart the game Sunday and he was spectacular. Over six innings of work Boersosse struck out nine batters and worked through Palm Beach Atlantic’s order with ease. Dillon Frye pitched the first inning on Saturday in perfect fashion, and the two combined for 10 strikeouts in the the seven-inning perfect game.

While Boersosse was carving his way through the Sailfish lineup, the PBA pitching staff struggled, combining for eight walks and six hit batters while also surrendering nine base hits.

Palm Beach Atlantic returns to action on Tuesday afternoon when they travel south to Palm Beach County rival Lynn University to play a matinee contest beginning at 3 PM.
