Allison Fox Earns NCCAA All-Tournament Team Honor

KISSIMMEE, Fla.- Senior goalkeeper Allison Fox recently added another honor to her solid four-year playing career for Palm Beach Atlantic as she was named to the NCCAA All-Tournament team following the team’s play last week in Kissimmee, Fla. The Naperville, Ill. native rounded out her career by posting 13 saves in two matches as PBA allowed only two goals in tournament play.

The ‘Fish began the tournament by earning a tie against the No. 1-seed in Lee (Tenn.) University followed by a hard-fought 1-0 loss to the No. 6-seed Dallas Baptist University.

The defensive-minded approach by the Sailfish leaned heavily on the experience and abilities of Fox who was tested by a total of 43 shots in the two matches.

For the season, Fox tallied nearly 1,600 minutes in goal while registering a 1.30 goals against average and tallying 92 saves.
