WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Sailfish men’s and women’s basketball teams will host a pair of opponents on Wednesday, Nov. 27 at the Rubin Arena just before Thanksgiving is set to arrive. In hopes of restocking the shelves of local food banks during this busy holiday season the Palm Beach Atlantic basketball teams will accept any unopened can foods in place of a game ticket for either game.

The Sailfish women’s team will begin the double-double-header by hosting Lynn University at 2 pm followed by the men’s team taking on the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras at approximately 4 pm.

Donations of canned goods will begin at 1 pm at the entrance of the Rubin Arena with canned food being collected throughout both contests.

Regular game tickets are available for purchase for $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students (non-PBA) and seniors (65+).

PBA season tickets along with students, faculty and staff will still be admitted free with the showing of their PBA ID or season ticket.
