Women's Basketball to Kick Off Season Tonight at Baylor

WACO, Texas- The Sailfish women’s basketball program will have a unique opportunity on Wednesday evening when they begin the 2013-14 season with an exhibition contest versus Baylor University in Waco, Texas. While the final score won’t officially count for either team it will be an opportunity for the Sailfish program to measure their early season work against one of the top collegiate programs in the nation.

Tip-off for the game is set for 7 pm (CT) while fans can follow the action online through www.baylorbears.com. Live statistics, audio and video are offered with the webcast available through an online subscription.

PBA is under the leadership of second-year head coach Carlos Palacio with many new faces on the team this season. Following their road exhibition versus Baylor the team will return home for another exhibition game against Davenport University on Saturday, Nov. 2nd at 2 pm in the Rubin Arena.
