Rachel Klayman Decides on Palm Beach Atlantic as Next Step in Her Tennis Career

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic women’s tennis program hopes to continue their winning track record for the 2013-14 season and with that comes the importance of bringing in solid players. Joining the Sailfish next season will be Rachel Klayman who comes to PBA from Lake Mary, Fla. and Lake Mary High School.
Rachel is set to pursue a career in Pharmacy while continuing to develop her abilities on the tennis court for head coach Chi Ly and the Sailfish.
As a member of the Lake Mary Rams girl’s tennis team under head coach Scott Reagan, Klayman was a part of back-to-back regional finalist teams in 2011 and 2012. She would go on to earn Team MVP honors as a senior.
Not only a standout on the tennis court, Klayman has also excelled in other areas of her life including academics and community service. She is a member of the National Honor Society while also serving as a youth leader at Northland Church. Klayman has also gone on missions trips through Isle Go.
Rachel is the daughter of Joel and Julie Klayman and has one sibling, Leah.
