WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic University men’s tennis program hoped to continue their good run of the past month on Tuesday afternoon when they took on No. 15-ranked (NAIA) Northwood University at the Oxbridge Academy Courts in West Palm Beach. Although they would earn a pair of wins in singles that would be all they would get as the Seahawks were victorious 7-2 over the Sailfish.

Asti Adams and Nicholas Battistini were the two singles players for the Fish who came out with wins on the day as Adams defeated his No. 3-singles opponent 7-5, 6-4 and Battistini managed a 6-0, 7-5 win at No. 4-singles.

All three doubles matches were well played by both sides but in the end Northwood earned three tight victories.

The Sailfish will wrap up their regular season on Saturday, April 20 when they travel to Valdosta, Georgia to square off against Shorter (Ga.) University on the campus of Valdosta State University. The match is scheduled for a 10 am start.
