Men's Tennis Gives Florida Tech a Good Run but Falls Short

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Sailfish men’s tennis team went to battle on Monday afternoon at the Oxbridge Academy Courts against South Region foe, Florida Tech. Although the Fish would give the Panthers a strong showing it would be FIT who would end up with the victory as they prevailed 8-1.

The loss drops Palm Beach Atlantic to 8-10 on the season while Florida Tech improved to 11-9 with the win.

The lone victory for the Sailfish came at No. 4-singles with Nicholas Battistini defeating Riley Lorenz by the scores of 6-4, 1-6 and 6-3.

PBA will be back in action on Friday at Barry University when the Fish and Bucs will get together for a 3 pm matchup in Miami Shores.
