FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.- The regularly scheduled baseball game set for Friday evening at Nova Southeastern University has been postponed due to the wet weather hitting South Florida the past few days. The three-game weekend series is set to resume on Saturday with a double-header at 1 pm and a final game on Sunday, also at 1 pm in Fort Lauderdale.

The Sailfish (20-13) and Sharks (18-13) have met two times previous this season with Palm Beach Atlantic coming out on the winning side both times.

PBA managed a 9-4 win on February 19 and then again a week later defeated the home-standing Sharks by a score of 8-1.

The Fish are currently riding a two-game winnings streak after ending Florida Southern College’s 14-game home winning streak in the final game of their weekend series last Saturday and a thrilling, extra-innings contest on Wednesday evening at Florida Tech.

The Sailfish Sports Network will carry all three games of the Nova Southeastern series, weather permitting.
