WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic University baseball team will host Florida Southern College on Friday-Saturday, April 6-7, for a weekend series of NCAA South Regional baseball action. Friday night’s single game will take place at Jupiter Community Park while Saturday’s double-header will be played at Palm Beach Gardens High School. Friday’s game will have a first pitch of 6 pm while Saturday will begin at 1 pm.

The Sailfish are now 14-12 on the season while Florida Southern currently stands at 18-13. The Sailfish earned a Friday night win over Saint Leo last week before rain canceled the remainder of the series. The Moccasins were tripped up on Friday evening by Lynn University but then fired back with a double-header sweep against the Fighting Knights on Saturday.

Last season the Fish and Mocs squared off in Lakeland, Florida at Henley Stadium where the Mocs dropped Friday night’s contest in a marathon, 14 inning game, as PBA came out on top 9-8. On Saturday it was extra innings again in game one as FSC came-from-behind for a 10-9 win in 10 innings while also taking game two by a score of 11-7.

Live statistics and a live broadcast will be provided for all three games of the series.
