MELBOURNE, Fla.- All three Palm Beach Atlantic University women’s tennis tandems earned doubles victories in their final matchups of the Panther Invitational on Sunday as the team wraps up a successful fall season in Melbourne, Florida on the campus of Florida Tech. The squad also saw victories in five of their six singles matches on the day to close out a very rewarding weekend of tennis.
Junior Natalia Trotter was the only Sailfish singles player playing in the finals on Sunday as she took on Florida Tech’s Grief in the B Flight final. Trotter would come up short despite an excellent tournament as she was defeated 1-6, 2-6.
