MELBOURNE, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic University and Florida Tech baseball teams have had a difficult time getting on the field to square off for the second time in the past week as Tuesday afternoon’s contest has been postponed due to inclement weather and field conditions. A heavy cell of thunderstorms is set to hit the east coast of Florida on Tuesday afternoon forcing the cancellation of the contest.

No official makeup date has been currently announced.

The two teams also saw their scheduled contest a week ago stopped in the third inning as a heavy set of rain showers hit the Melbourne area which forced the two teams to resume on April 27th.
