SKILLMAN, N.J.- After a solid start to the 2010 season, the Palm Beach Atlantic University men’s tennis team was recently recognized once again in the regional and national Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) polls for NCAA Division II institutions. The Sailfish are 4-2 on the season with a ranking of #35 in the national poll and #8 in the highly-competitive NCAA South Regional poll.

The Sailfish men’s tennis team opened their 2010 campaign as the #36-ranked team in Division II by the preseason poll. Since then, they have tallied a 2-1 South Region record with victories over Saint Leo University and Florida Tech while dropping a decision to #4-ranked Lynn University.

Head coach Chi Ly and his two teams, both the men’s and women’s tennis teams at PBA, will be traveling north to Orlando, Florida next week as they take part in a week-long Spring Break slate of action.
